Marian and Reed got to help uncle Ammon and Aunt Nicole carve pumpkins
on Monday for family night. Marian wanted to eat the inside (guts) of the pumpkin and Reed didn't want to touch it. However we took the pumpkins home that night and Reed was very upset that the pumpkins were supposed to stay outside and not go to bed with him. In the morning he ran to the door and opened it and said "pumpkins not tired, pumpkins wake up". We told him they had been tired and had to go to sleep last night. He picked it up and brougth it inthe house and had it watch Curious George with him. Then he pretended to feed it breakfast and said "it makes him happy!" (pictures curtosy of uncle Ammon! Thanks!)

That is so funny! I love the pictures with Marian trying to eat the pumpkins! And that story with Reed feeding them breakfast is too cute!
