Daddy and Reed at the Zoo! (Bean had already run ahead of them.) Here one of the Meerkats was trying to eat Reed's pretzel. We didn't use the stroller, just let the kids run. There weren't a lot of people around so I wasn't afraid of them getting lost in the crowds. The animals that hadn't been fed yet were restless and would pace back and forth. I loved the fall colors up there! Marian loved the lion waterfountain,she kept trying to feed it pieces of grass while Reed watched the penguins.(I think they are his favorite,) Marian loved hearing the monkeys howl, and watching the bears. Marian also got up close to the gorillas.

I love those pictures! They are so darling! I really like the one with them sitting on the statues, that's pretty cute. And Reed and the Meercat (sp?) is pretty good too. Looks like you guys had a pretty good time.
