Lined up waiting for the parade to start
Marian found a tree to climb
And it starts!
We kept having to tell the kids to come back...eventually a chalk line was drawn to show them where to stay behind
lots of cool firetrucks!
This old fire engine pulled by horses!
The kids even got to pet some of the animals as they went by
They got sprayed by one of the old fire trucks
This was so cool, a marching band of seniors!
I loved it!
There was even a mariachi band!
A pretty Arabian
Super heroes, what a cool idea!
The cars and engines were a bit loud at times
They had martial art kids and then they even had a boxing ring set up on the back of this truck
See Marian's cup? It is full of candy, she had three times that in a baggie at her feet! She learned quickly that if she waved at the people they would throw the candy her way...needless to say she shared the candy with others who didn't get as much.
